A note on the organization of this pictorial. Beneath each picture are thumbnail sketches of the next pictures. Click on the sketch desired to see it full size, and read the associated text.

Beneath each of the thumbnail sketches are navigational aids. Click on the thumbnail desired to select the next picture in the tour. Once you have viewed all the pictures in a series, click on the rightmost thumbnail under "Return To" to select the next series. You of course can use the Back Option as well.
