Our Hotel was several hundred feet above the Mediterranean and it was a difficult walk down to the beach. The beaches there are quite rocky and the water was quite cold. If you plan on visiting this part of Spain, be prepared to deal with a hilly terrain.

The "Costa Tropical" is a sub-tropical climate and it was in the 80's every day. It seemed funny to see Palm Trees with snow covered Mountains in the background.
