Baked Lime Chicken
4 - 6 chicken thighs or chicken
breasts
1 Tbsp. grated lime peel
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. seasoned pepper
Put lime peel and lime juice in a re-sealable
plastic bag and
place chicken in the bag and shake to coat. Remove
chicken and
place in a baking dish. Combine garlic salt and
seasoned pepper
and sprinkle over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees
for about 45 -60
minutes or until juices run clear.
