Pear Salad
3 cans (15 oz.) pear halves, drained
Boston lettuce leaves
1/2 cup shredded low fat cheddar
cheese
1/4 cup low fat or light mayonnaise
Place 2 - 3 lettuce leaves on a salad plate and
2 pear halves on
the lettuce leaves. Place 2 Tbsp. of low fat
or light mayonnaise
on top of the pears. Sprinkle with low fat cheddar
cheese.
Serving size is one salad plate per person. Vary
the number of
cans of pear halves you use depending on the
number of people to
be served.
