Blackened Chicken Breasts
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
4 - 6 boneless, skinless chicken
breasts
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Combine ingredients and rub each chicken breast
with a portion of
spice mixture to coat. Heat oil in a large skillet,
Cook chicken
over medium heat for several minutes on each
side until juices
run clear.
