Baked Pork Chops With Sauerkraut & Gravy

You won't believe how easy this is to make.  I never cared much
for pork chops until I prepared them like this.  This recipe is
now one of my favorites, I serve it at least once a week.  The
meat simply melts in your mouth - you won't even need a knife to
cut them!  Every time I serve this dish for company, the recipe
is ALWAYS requested!

Ingredients:
Pork Chops (better if they are boneless or pork loins)
Sauerkraut
Gravy (best to use Pork gravy, but you can really use any type of
gravy)
Caraway seeds
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Put Pork chops in a deep baking dish, salt and pepper to taste.
Generously mound sauerkraut on the top of each pork chop, then
sprinkle caraway seeds over each one.   Generously pour gravy on
top of the sauerkraut on each chop. Cover with foil and bake for
1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.  And that's it!

I personally guarantee these pork chops will be the best you've
ever had!
